Last updated: April 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Supra (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website (joinsupra.com), community platforms, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described here.
If you have questions, contact us at support@joinsupra.com.
1. What We Collect
We collect the following types of personal information:
Information you provide directly. When you apply to join Supra, register for an account, or interact with us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, seniority level, LinkedIn profile, and other professional information relevant to your application or membership.
Payment information. We use Stripe to process payments. When you pay for your membership, Stripe collects your payment card or bank account information directly. We do not store your full payment card number on our servers. For details on how Stripe handles your data, please review Stripe's privacy policy.
Information from your use of our website. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with joinsupra.com. This may include your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and general geographic location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Community and session information. When you participate in our Slack community, attend sessions, or engage with other Supra platforms, we may collect information you share in those contexts, including messages, discussion content, and participation records such as session attendance.
Speaker series recordings. We may record certain speaker series events. Small group peer sessions are never recorded. If a speaker series event is being recorded, participants will be informed in advance.
Communications. When you email us, fill out a form, or otherwise contact us, we collect the content of those communications along with your contact information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
Operating and improving Supra. This includes managing your membership, processing payments, facilitating group matching, coordinating sessions, running our community platforms, and improving our services based on how members use them.
Communicating with you. We send you membership-related communications including session schedules, community updates, newsletters, and administrative notices. We may also contact you about events, speaker series, and other Supra programming.
Community building. We share limited member profile information (name, company, role) with other Supra members to facilitate group matching, networking, and community building. This is a core part of how Supra works.
Analytics and improvement. We use aggregated and anonymized data to understand usage patterns, measure engagement, and improve our services.
Legal and compliance. We may use your information to comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, protect our rights, and resolve disputes.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
With other Supra members. Your name, company, and role may be visible to other members for the purposes of community building and group matching. Information you share during sessions or in our Slack community is subject to our confidentiality norms, but we cannot control how other members may use that information.
With service providers. We work with third-party companies that help us operate our services. These include Stripe (payment processing), Google (analytics), Slack (community platform), and other tools we use to manage and deliver the Supra experience. These providers access your information only to perform services on our behalf and are obligated to protect it.
For legal reasons. We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
In a business transfer. If Supra is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

If you cancel your membership, we will retain your basic account information and payment records as necessary for our business and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data as described in Section 7 below.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These include using encrypted connections (HTTPS), relying on trusted third-party providers with strong security practices, and limiting access to personal data to those who need it to operate our services.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your information to the best of our ability.
