Terms of Service

By applying to, joining, or participating in Supra (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Member” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not proceed with your membership.


1. About Supra

Supra is an invite-only peer community for senior product leaders. Our membership includes curated peer support groups, facilitated monthly sessions with an executive coach, access to our online community, in-person meetups, and speaker events.

2. Eligibility and Admission

Supra is a selective community. Admission is by application and invitation only. We reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant at our sole discretion. By applying, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Membership Term and Commitment

Supra memberships require a 12-month minimum commitment. By joining, you agree to remain an active member for at least 12 months from your start date.

After the initial 12-month period, your membership will renew on a monthly basis unless you provide written notice at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.

4. Fees and Payment

Membership fees are billed as agreed upon at the time of enrollment. All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable membership fees on a recurring basis.

You commit to paying the full annual membership fee for the duration of your 12-month commitment period. Even if you cancel or stop participating before the end of the 12-month period, you remain responsible for paying the full annual membership fee, except as expressly provided under the Satisfaction Guarantee (Section 7).

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and resolve the issue. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your membership and collection efforts for outstanding balances.

Membership fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 7 (Satisfaction Guarantee) below.

5. Code of Conduct

Members agree to abide by Supra's community norms, which are shared during onboarding. Violation of these norms, including but not limited to breaches of confidentiality or conduct that is disruptive or harmful to the community, may result in warnings, suspension, or immediate removal at our discretion.

All information shared during Supra sessions and within the community is confidential. Members may not disclose session content outside the group without permission. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of your membership.

You are solely responsible for choosing what information to share during sessions and in the community. Supra does not require you to share any proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information related to your employer. You represent that you have all necessary rights to share any information you choose to disclose, and that doing so does not violate any confidentiality, employment, or proprietary information agreement with your employer. We recommend that you use generalized or anonymized information where possible, and avoid sharing specific details related to your company's business, including product roadmaps, financial data, marketing strategy, or the names of individuals, clients, or business opportunities. If you share information that violates your obligations to your employer, Supra is not responsible for any consequences that may arise, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership.

6. Coaches and Facilitators

Supra engages executive coaches and facilitators to guide group sessions. Coaches and facilitators are engaged to foster productive peer discussions and are not providing professional consulting, career coaching, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Supra is not responsible for any advice, feedback, or information that may be provided by coaches, facilitators, or other members during sessions or otherwise. If you rely on any such advice or feedback, you do so at your own risk. Coaches and facilitators are contractors of Supra, not employees, agents, or representatives of members.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for new members, subject to the following conditions. Both conditions must be met to be eligible:

  1. Attendance requirement. You must attend all three (3) of your first Supra sessions in full.
  2. Notification requirement. You must notify the Supra team in writing within seven (7) calendar days of your third session.

If both conditions above are met and you are not satisfied, we will issue a full refund of fees paid for your first 3 sessions.

If you do not attend all three of your first Supra sessions in full, or if you do not notify us within seven (7) calendar days of your third session, you are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee.

This guarantee applies only to your first 3 Supra sessions and cannot be applied retroactively or to subsequent membership periods.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

After your initial 12-month commitment, you may cancel your membership by providing written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date. Cancellations during the initial 12-month period are subject to the terms of your membership agreement, and remaining fees may still be owed except as provided under the Satisfaction Guarantee (Section 7).

8.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time, with or without notice, if you:

  • Breach confidentiality (immediate removal).
  • Violate the code of conduct outlined in Section 5.
  • Fail to pay membership fees.
  • Engage in conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the community.
  • Misrepresent information in your application.

In cases of termination by us for breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued.

9. Intellectual Property

All Supra content, materials, frameworks, session recordings (if applicable), and community resources are the property of Supra and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or share Supra materials outside the community without prior written consent.

10. Online Community and Communications

Access to Supra's online community (including Slack and any other platforms) is provided as part of your membership. You agree to use these platforms respectfully and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to community content and features at our discretion.

11. Privacy

We collect and process personal information in connection with your membership, including your name, email address, company, role, and payment information. We use this information to operate and improve Supra. We will not sell your personal information to third parties.

Member profile information (name, company, role) may be shared with other Supra members for the purposes of community building, group matching, and networking. By joining, you consent to this limited sharing within the community.

For payment processing, we use Stripe. Your payment information is handled in accordance with Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

Supra provides a peer community and facilitated sessions, not professional advice. Any insights, perspectives, or suggestions shared during sessions or in the community are offered on a peer-to-peer basis and should not be relied upon as professional advice. See Section 6 (Coaches and Facilitators) for additional details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supra, its founders, employees, coaches, and facilitators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your membership or participation, including but not limited to business decisions made based on discussions within the community.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your membership shall not exceed the total membership fees you have paid to Supra in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Supra is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the community, sessions, or any outcomes you may experience as a result of your membership. We do not guarantee specific business results, career outcomes, or professional advancement.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Supra and its founders, employees, coaches, and facilitators from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your participation in the community, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your membership shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between you and Supra. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New York, New York.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Supra community. Continued membership after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any membership agreement you sign at enrollment, constitute the entire agreement between you and Supra regarding your membership and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
